Delivery to a Packstation not possible

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your order to a Packstation, as our delivery partners, DPD and UPS, do not offer this service.

If you are unable to receive your parcel at home, you can redirect it via the myDPD app or DPD website to a neighbour of your choice or a local pickup parcel shop. Alternatively, you can authorise DPD to leave the parcel in a designated safe place (a so-called ‘drop-off’ option).

Note: We do not ship to islands or any regions where there is a post-surcharge in any of the countries. Please contact us if you would like to request special shipping arrangements for these regions.

Germany
Free shipping for orders over 59 €. Flat rate of 5.99 € for orders under 59 €. 

EU Zone 1
Free shipping for orders over 110 € and up to 150 €. Flat rate of 9.99 € for orders under 110 €.

Applicable to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands

EU Zone 2
Flat rate of 9.99 € for all orders up to 150 €.

Applicable to the following countries:
Croatia, Estonia, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

EU Zone 3
Flat rate of 19.99 € for orders up to 150 €.

Applicable to the following countries:
Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Romania

Switzerland
