Each 350 g jar of Froyda Lentil Bolognese contains 2 low FODMAP portions.

Froyda Lentil Bolognese is certified low FODMAP for a 175 g portion by the Monash University.

Froyda Lentil Bolognese is ready to eat. To warm the bolognese place in a pan and heat for three minutes or two minutes at 500 watts in the microwave.

As a base for bakes: such as lasagne (also with potato slices instead of pasta sheets), in shepherd's pie with a mashed potato topping or with baked vegetables such as courgettes and aubergines.

In stuffed vegetables: peppers, courgettes or aubergines can be easily stuffed with Froyda Lentil Bolognese and cooked in the oven.

On mashed potato: A fluffy bed of mashed potatoes makes a great base for our savoury Lentil Bolognese.

As a filling for pastries and dumplings: Froyda Lentil Bolognese makes a quick and tasty filling for puff pastry pockets or homemade tortelloni.

As a bruschetta topping: Toasted bread or ciabatta topped with a layer of Bolognese makes a delicious snack or appetiser.

As a filling for wraps or tacos: In combination with salad and other toppings, Froyda Lentil Bolognese is a nutritious and tasty filling for tortillas.

Pimp your pizza: Try Froyda Lentil Bolognese as a savoury and nutritious base for pizza instead of the classic tomato sauce.

With rice and quinoa: Even though they are not traditionally Italian, rice and quinoa both harmonise well with Froyda Lentil Bolognese.

Store in a cool dry place under 25℃. No refrigeration required for storage of unopened jars. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 2 days.

Shelf-life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. For best before date see lid. Shipped jars have at least 3 weeks left until the best before date unless otherwise noted.

Delivery to a Packstation not possible

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your order to a Packstation, as our delivery partners, DPD and UPS, do not offer this service.

If you are unable to receive your parcel at home, you can redirect it via the myDPD app or DPD website to a neighbour of your choice or a local pickup parcel shop. Alternatively, you can authorise DPD to leave the parcel in a designated safe place (a so-called ‘drop-off’ option).
