FODMAP Info

One jar (both 250 g and 350 g variants) of organic Madras Curry contains one low FODMAP portion.

The recipe for this stew is certified low FODMAP by the Monash University.

Preparation

1. Put the contents in a saucepan and heat for 2-3 minutes.
2. Alternatively, place on a plate and heat briefly in the microwave.
3. Serve with a side dish such as rice or quinoa or enjoy on its own.

Shelf life and storage

Store in a cool dry place under 25℃. No refrigeration required for storage of unopened jars. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 2 days.

Shelf-life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. For best before date see lid. Shipped jars have at least 3 weeks left until the best before date unless otherwise noted.

Delivery to a Packstation not possible

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your order to a Packstation, as our delivery partners, DPD and UPS, do not offer this service.

If you are unable to receive your parcel at home, you can redirect it via the myDPD app or DPD website to a neighbour of your choice or a local pickup parcel shop. Alternatively, you can authorise DPD to leave the parcel in a designated safe place (a so-called ‘drop-off’ option).

This is how Froyda's gourmet meals are created

We carefully and lovingly handcraft our meals using fresh organic ingredients. It is very important to us that all ingredients are of high quality and do not contain pesticides. Wherever possible, we also make sure to use regional ingredients.

Each jar is filled and closed by hand. To ensure that nutrients and flavor are optimally preserved, we use a particularly gentle process to preserve our dishes in jars. Afterwards, they are labeled and packed in recycled cardboard boxes in an environmentally friendly way and shipped directly to your home or office.
