Delivery to a Packstation not possible

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your order to a Packstation, as our delivery partners, DPD and UPS, do not offer this service.

If you are unable to receive your parcel at home, you can redirect it via the myDPD app or DPD website to a neighbour of your choice or a local pickup parcel shop. Alternatively, you can authorise DPD to leave the parcel in a designated safe place (a so-called ‘drop-off’ option).

Shipping Update: EU Deliveries Temporarily Suspended (except Germany and the Netherlands)

Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), which came into force on 12 August 2026, we have temporarily suspended shipping to all EU countries other than Germany and the Netherlands, until further notice.

We are currently taking the necessary steps to comply with the new packaging regulations in our key markets, and we will resume international shipping as soon as this process is complete.

Deliveries within Germany and to the Netherlands are not affected and continue as normal.

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please check back here for updates, or contact us at support@froyda.de if you have any questions.
